Expenditure Module
An additional financial tool as a separate module is the expenditure module. This is primarily a reporting tool which can help to greatly reduce time preparing reports such as quarterly or year-end accounts.
Define VAT groups as well as expenditure groups just like your accounting software system requirement and then utilise the reporting. This enables clear separation of both reclaimable and non-reclaimable costs, grouped by cost codes. Filtering tools are provided so you can easily report on expenditure items such as when items were logged, who items were logged by, how items are paid as well as by suppliers.
