External partners can be easily managed such as third party invoices from insurance patients.

Payments – By utilising our Stripe integration customers can easily pay balances; you can take full or part payment online without the need for the customer to be present.

The stock module enables you to create both stockable and non-stockable items with accompanying fees that you can charge and sell including with both retail and wholesale prices; re-order levels and supplier information. Manual adjustments can be made as well as full periodic stock taking tools.  Accompanied with supporting bar-code scanner technology and thermal receipt printing – including bar-code label printing, complete with logo and item pricing. The stock module fully supports multi-clinic locations to allow for effective practice management across clinics.

A range of sales, income, invoicing and stock reports are provided, including income by practitioner reports, all of which can be run for any period – by clinic location or a combination.
