Google Drive Integration

The Google Drive Integration is now live both on the App and PracticePal. This means you will have to authorise your Google Drive in PracticePal under Setup, Integrations. Just scroll down to the bottom and add your Google Drive details (if you don’t have one yet, you can get one for free, go to Google.com, create an account). Once you have done this, the files you upload will be stored in your own drive.

You will still access them in the same manner on PracticePal in either Communications or Treatment notes, but this will remove the file size limit. Some of you who have authorised their Google Drive more than a few months ago may experience an error message. This is because Google has made a change to its authorisation token. In order to get around this problem, if you experience this, Go to Setup, Integrations, and Google Drive. De-authorise your Google Drive account and re-authorise it. This will fix the problem and allow you to continue uploading your documents and images to your own Google Drive.
