As part of our internal policy, this data will be entered into our secure internal CRM system, where it will be held for the duration of the enquiry, under the terms stated in section 3.

Our CRM system uses a secure, dedicated UK based hosting solution.
- How long do you hold onto my data?
Should you choose to take up our software, we will move your data across to our accounts management system, at which point further terms will be laid out to you.
Should you decide not to continue with your enquiry, we will destroy, or where required anonymise, all copies we hold of your data from our systems within 3 months of the cessation of communication.
Should you wish for us to delete your data sooner, or amend it in any way, simply email info@practicepal.co.uk with your request.
